Propel operates as an independent, not for profit organization that works in conjunction with all it's R&D stakeholders; including industry, academic institutions, and government, using a collaborative model for applied research projects. Propel continues to build upon it's successful track record over the last five years and plays a meaningful role in increasing regional R&D capacity for the future benefit of Newfoundland and Labrador.
Propel is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of industry professionals in various sectors of the regional oil and gas community. Nominations for a position on the Board come from Propel’s member companies.
